Star 9yfq series forward hauling square bale baler is mainly used for bale operation of pasture grass, rice straw and corn straw.
The pickup mechanism of star 9yfq-1.9z positive traction square bale baler picks up the grass bar on the ground through the tine, which moves along the specially designed roller guide rail to transport the grass bar to the conveying and feeding platform. Then, the feeding fork is used to send the grass bar of the feeding platform into the bale chamber, and the piston compresses the grass in the bale chamber into a dense bale.
The knotting mechanism bundles the compressed forage or straw into bales.
The bale density can be adjusted by means of spring compression device.
The machine is equipped with a one-way friction clutch to prevent overload operation of the machine; triple safety bolts are used for overload protection of important parts. Baling operation obtains the bale rules, which is easy to stack. The machine is pulled by the tractor, and adopts the coupling with large angle and wide angle transmission.
